Components:
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 dl grape seed oil
- 90 g of sharp flour
- 90 g smooth flour
- 20 g of grape seed flour
- 8 g of baking powder
- 500 g of apples
Preparation:
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add grape seed oil and mix again. Then lightly mix in the flour and baking powder. Pour 1/3 of the mass into the baking pan. Mix the diced apples into the remaining mass and then pour the mass into the baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
