Here is the recipe for chocolate bowls with chocolate cream.
Ingredients for 12 bowls:
- 200 g of chocolate
- 4 teaspoons of grape seed oil
Slowly melt the chocolate in a water bath and add grape seed oil. Pour the melted chocolate into the muffin tins so that it is evenly spread over the sides of the tin. Wait for the chocolate to harden and repeat the process.
We can use chocolate of different colors and prepare colorful bowls.
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of hazelnut spread
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 300 g of sweet cream
- strawberries, raspberries or blueberries for garnish
Mix the mascarpone and hazelnut spread well. Place 2 tablespoons of cream in a separate bowl, heat slightly and stir in the gelatin. Then mix the dissolved gelatin well with the rest of the cream. At the end, lightly stir in the whipped cream and place the cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
When the cream has hardened, pour it into chocolate bowls and decorate with berries.
