Guacamole is a pleasantly fresh avocado sauce that originates from Mexico. Avocado is a rich source of vitamins, and with the addition of grapeseed oil, the sauce is an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids.
Components:
- 1 ripe avocado
- juice of 1/2 lime
- a pinch of garlic powder
- a pinch of red pepper
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil
Preparation:
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh and mash it well. Add garlic, red pepper, salt, lime juice and mix. Drizzle with grape seed oil.
If you want a slightly hot taste, add chopped chilies.
