Would you like to eat some seafood that is ready in 20 minutes? Wide noodles with shrimps are the right choice.
- 500 g of cleaned prawns
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil
- 10 g of butter
- 2 dl of white wine
- 250 g of cooking cream
- 100 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 400 g wide noodles
Wash the shrimps, sprinkle them with lemon juice and dry them. Peel the garlic and chop it. Fry the garlic in the oil from the oven until fragrant. Add the shrimps and fry them quickly. Add more butter, and when the butter melts, pour in the wine. Cook covered for 10 minutes and then uncovered for 5 minutes to evaporate the wine.
Add cooking cream, parmesan cheese, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
At the end, add the cooked wide noodles and mix well.
