Salad with boiled beef and arugula

Do you have any cooked beef left over from the soup? Make a delicious salad.

Components:

  • boiled beef
  • arugula
  • tomato
  • mozzarella

For topping:

  • 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of herbal salt

Preparation:

Cut the beef meat and tomatoes into cubes. Mix the meat, primrose, arugula and mozzarella in a bowl and cover with the dressing.
