Asparagus is one of the first types of vegetables, as it can be harvested as early as March. They are known to detoxify the body. They also contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. So just prepare them.
Here is the recipe for asparagus in salad:
Components:
- roller
- cherry tomatoes
- asparagus
- mozzarella
Topping ingredients:
- a teaspoon of mustard
- a spoonful of honey
- 3 teaspoons of grape seed oil
- 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
Preparation:
Wash and break the asparagus. Cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Rinse the cooked asparagus with cold water.
Cut the motofork, tomato and mozzarella. Place the asparagus on top and cover with the dressing.
For the dressing, first mix the mustard and honey well, then add the other ingredients and mix well again to get a uniform mixture.

*When you can't break any more asparagus, discard the rest. The lower part of the asparagus is usually woody and not very pleasant to chew :)
