Refund policy

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. There is no need to state a reason for withdrawing from the contract. The message is considered to be on time if the shipment is delivered 14 days after collection. The return of goods is arranged by the buyer. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer in the amount charged by the selected delivery service.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, originally sealed and in their original packaging, unless they have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. If you have started using the product, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

The company Pikoš d.o.o. is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not correspond to these general business conditions.

Refund is possible in the form of product exchange, credit or refund. In the case of a refund, we will return the purchase amount to your transaction account, no later than 14 days after receiving all the information required for the transfer.
