It is not necessary to register to buy products on the Evioil.com website. By registering on the website, you allow us to prepare a customized offer and benefits for you, and to inform you about news and activities related to our products.
The general terms and conditions presented below cover the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the user of the Evioil.com online store. By confirming the order, the user confirms that he is familiar with the general business conditions and the method of processing personal data.
Products and prices
At Evioil.com we offer grape seed oil products and other local products. We are supplementing and changing the product range.
The following information is provided for each product:

All prices are given in euros and apply to the quantity indicated with the product. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a specific validity, except in the case of a promotional offer. The promotional offer of products is valid until stocks are sold out or of the specified date. Sale products are specially marked. Discounts and price reductions are mutually exclusive and do not add up.

In the evioil.com online store, we offer the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery; you pay for the goods upon collection. Payment is possible in accordance with the business policy of the selected delivery service by cash or card.
- payment by advance invoice; we will send you a proforma invoice to the email address you provided. We send the goods after receiving the payment to the TRR of the company.
- payment via PayPal
Until final payment, the goods are the property of Pikoš d.o.o..
Delivery and Delivery Time
Ordered products are shipped no later than the next working day after receiving the order or the inflow of money to our transaction account.
Delivery is carried out by GLS or Pošta Slovenije. The usual delivery time is 1 - 3 working days. Delivery in Slovenia is three euros and seventy-five cents (3.75 EUR). The customer has no additional costs. Personal pickup is also possible by prior arrangement.
Delivery to other countries is charged according to the price list of delivery service providers. The delivery cost is displayed when you enter the delivery information and proceed to payment.
We advise you to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon delivery and in the presence of the courier. If the goods were damaged during transport, please contact the delivery service.
One of the main guidelines of our company is the protection of the environment, so we use the minimum amount of packaging required for an individual product and strive to use materials that have less impact on the environment.
Withdrawal from purchase and return of goods
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. There is no need to state a reason for withdrawing from the contract. Send us a request for withdrawal from the contract at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, without prior written notice. The message is considered to be on time if the shipment is delivered 14 days after collection. You return the products to the address of the company: Pikoš d.o.o., Šardinje 39, 2274 Velika Nedelja, Slovenia.
The return of goods is arranged by the buyer. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer in the amount charged by the selected delivery service.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, originally sealed and in their original packaging, unless they have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. If you have started using the product, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
The company Pikoš d.o.o. is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not correspond to these general business conditions.
Refund is possible in the form of product exchange, credit or refund. In the case of a refund, we will return the purchase amount to your transaction account, no later than 14 days after receiving all the information required for the transfer.
In the event of possible withdrawal from the contract, we will be grateful if you inform us of the reason for withdrawal from the contract. The feedback we receive from our customers is welcome to improve our products and services.
Right of withdrawal in case of order (applies to service provider)
We reserve the right to exceptionally (partially or fully) withdraw from the execution of the order in the following cases:
- if the ordered products are out of stock during the order processing process,
- if we find an increased payment riskiness of the buyer,
- if the order form was not completed in accordance with the general conditions or
- if there is an obvious error in the price list.
Complaint and factual error
In the event that the delivered product does not comply with the stated properties and specification, you have the right to file a complaint or assert an actual error in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the case of a complaint or material defect, please notify us no later than 8 days after receiving the product at the e-mail address: email@example.com. In the email, please state the name of the product, the quantity and the reason for the complaint or material defect.
You are obliged to send us the advertised product for inspection upon request.
If the complaint is accepted, we will, in accordance with the agreement, refund your purchase price, issue a credit card or send a new product.
We strive to resolve complaints, returns, reclamations and errors in the shortest possible time, in accordance with wishes and in agreement with customers. Since we solve everything ourselves, we do not recognize other providers of out-of-court dispute resolution.
