Halloween gingerbread

Sometimes special desserts need to be made for special occasions.

Here is our Halloween gingerbread recipe.

Components:

  • 42 dag white smooth flour
  • 8 dag of grape seed flour
  • 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 15 dag of butter 
  • 15 dag of powdered sugar
  • 15 days of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • white couverture
  • chocolate drops

Preparation:

Knead all the ingredients into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then we roll out the dough (thickness 5 - 6 mm) and cut out any shapes. Bake at a temperature of 180 °C, 7 - 8 min.

We are waiting for the cookies to cool down. Melt the white couverture over the steam. Apply a thin layer of melted couverture to the cookies, and place 2 chocolate eye drops on top. Then, with the help of a decorative bag with melted couverture, draw strips.

You can decorate the gingerbread as you like or don't decorate it at all.
