If you want healthier versions of donuts, bake them in the oven. They are just as tasty, and the preparation is child's play.
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- 50 ml of grape seed oil
- 45 g cocoa powder
- 240 g flour (half sharp, half smooth)
- 30 g of grape seed flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt until foamy. Add milk, yogurt and grapeseed oil and mix well. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix lightly. Pour the mixture into the pan up to 2/3 of the height. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Cool the baked donuts (approx. 10 min) and decorate them with chocolate glaze and optional accessories (chocolate crumbs, ground almonds, coconut,...)
