Not getting enough fiber? Add them to the cookies! Here is our recipe for grape seed flour cookies.
- 2 yolks
- 100 g of butter (room temperature)
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- 2 spoonfuls of cocoa
- 170 g smooth white flour
- 30 g of grape seed flour
Knead the dough from the ingredients, wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Then roll out the dough, cut out cookies of any shape and put in the oven at 180 °C for 5 - 7 minutes.
