Horse is a very medicinal root that improves the immune system and helps with digestion. It contains vitamin C, B1, B6, potassium, calcium and iron. So treat yourself to it!
Since it is quite hot, it is better to use it in a sauce or salad. Here is our suggestion.
- horseradish root
- 2 - 3 apples (optional)
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Grate horseradish, add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Mix well and the salad is ready. If we want to slightly soften the burning taste, add grated apples.
Horse prepared in this way can be served with meat, egg or in combination with spread.
