Kale and broccoli are foods that are very nutritious, but are not usually on the menu very often. With a few additions, you can make a super tasty and healthy salad.
- 1 head of kale
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 peaches
- pumpkin or cucumber flowers
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil
Clean the cabbage and broccoli, cut them and boil them quickly (3 minutes). Drain the water and let the vegetables cool. Meanwhile, cut the peach into small cubes and chop the parsley.
Mix well the ingredients for the dressing.
Shake the vegetables and peaches in a bowl, pour the dressing over and mix well. Sprinkle pumpkin and cucumber flowers and fresh basil on top.
