How often is buckwheat porridge on your plate? Buckwheat porridge is an extremely nutritious food and is a perfect source of vegetable protein.

Here is a recipe for buckwheat porridge with roasted vegetables.

Components:

  • buckwheat porridge
  • 1 Melancan
  • 1 flask
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • grape seed oil
  • herbal salt

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Cut the carrots into rings. Drizzle with oil, add 1/2 tsp herb salt and mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Cook the porridge according to the instructions on the package. Mix cooked porridge and roasted vegetables in a bowl. The dish can be eaten hot or cold.
