You can combine grilled cheese in different ways. In the recipe we are sharing with you, we put it on a salad.
Components:
- rather
- arugula
- chickpeas in brine
- grilled cheese
For topping:
- 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- herbal salt to taste
Preparation:
Wash and cut the radicchio and arugula. In a bowl, mix the grape seed oil, apple cider vinegar and herb salt well. Place radicchio, arugula and chickpeas in a bowl. Season with dressing and top with toasted grilled cheese.
