Evioil grape seed flour is produced from grape seeds after the oil has been pressed from the seeds using a cold pressing process. We get the so-called defatted grape seed flour, which preserves all nutrients and is a 100% natural product. The flour is ground on a millstone.

Grape seed flour contains a lot of dietary fiber and is a rich source of anti-oxidants. Pecs contain one of the strongest antioxidants: oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC).

It is the right choice for regulating digestion and intake of antioxidants, which protect the body. Due to the OPC content it helps in the protection of blood vessels.

It is suitable for a gluten-free diet and LCHF diet, for vegetarians and vegans.

Grape seed flour is widely used in the kitchen and a tasty addition to healthy bakery products. It will add a pleasant fruity aroma and crunchy texture to your baked goods.

When baking with grape seed flour, replace up to 15% of the basic flour.

Use it for baking desserts, pancakes, pizza or bread, for homemade pasta, making fresh bars or granola. Substitute grape seed flour for part of the breadcrumbs. Use it as an addition to dairy meals (with cottage cheese, yogurt) or smoothie drinks.

The raw material for flour from Evioil grape vines is obtained from Slovenian winemakers from the Ormoško - Ljutomerski vineyards. When growing, we follow sustainable production, as no additional waste is generated in the process itself.

*Flour is ground on a millstone where other grains containing gluten are also ground. Therefore, it may contain traces of gluten.
